At Zak Closet, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
✅ Eligibility for Refund
We offer refunds only in the following cases:
- The product received is defective or damaged
- The product received is incorrect (wrong item or size)
⏰ Refund Request Time
- Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Requests after 24 hours will not be entertained.
❌ Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Product color difference due to screen resolution
- Size issues (if size chart was provided)
- Sale or discounted items
- If the product has been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders that are refused at the time of delivery
🔄 Refund Process
- Once your refund request is approved, the product must be returned in original condition and packaging.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund.
💰 Refund Method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash.
- Refunds will be completed within 7–10 working days after approval.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
