✅ Eligibility for Refund

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

  • The product received is defective or damaged
  • The product received is incorrect (wrong item or size)

⏰ Refund Request Time

  • Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Requests after 24 hours will not be entertained.

❌ Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Product color difference due to screen resolution
  • Size issues (if size chart was provided)
  • Sale or discounted items
  • If the product has been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders that are refused at the time of delivery

🔄 Refund Process

  • Once your refund request is approved, the product must be returned in original condition and packaging.
  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund.

💰 Refund Method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash.
  • Refunds will be completed within 7–10 working days after approval.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
